1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Lucky Little Devil Charm, creating an account, or accessing the game at luckylittledevil.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product or service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky Little Devil ("Lucky Little Devil", "we", "us", "our").

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game or platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Lucky Little Devil you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a legal resident of a country where participation is not prohibited by local law
• Hold a valid Lucky Little Devil Charm with an unactivated or active QR code
• Have a registered Lucky Little Devil account

Lucky Little Devil is void where prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Player who does not meet these requirements.

3. How the Game Works

The Lucky Little Devil game is a browser-based skill game accessed via a unique QR code on the Player's Charm. The game itself is free. Players pay for the physical Lucky Little Devil Charm, and may separately pay for One Good Thing, our recurring newsletter. Each charm provides:

• One (1) free Practice Run - no rewards, no Heaven Gate, one-time only
• One (1) free real game with a promotional reward opportunity

During a real game, the Player guides the Lucky Little Devil character through a series of pillars. At the end of each real game, a Heaven Gate appears. One (1) in 666 charms have a predetermined open Heaven Gate. If the Player's charm has a predetermined open Heaven Gate and the Player successfully flies through that open gate during the actual game, the Player qualifies for the promotional reward.

The predetermined Heaven Gate outcome is attached to the charm. Prior games, purchases, subscriptions, newsletter payments, and Player actions before the game begins do not change whether that charm's Heaven Gate is predetermined to be open. There is no guarantee that any individual Player's charm will have a predetermined open Heaven Gate.

Lucky Little Devil is a 100% skill-based game. A predetermined open Heaven Gate does not guarantee a promotional reward by itself. The Player must beat the game by reaching and passing through the open Heaven Gate in the real game to qualify.

Results are final once recorded by our servers. Lucky Little Devil is not responsible for results lost due to device failure, connectivity issues, or actions taken by the Player after the game session begins.

4. Promotional Reward & Claiming

The current promotional reward is AU$10,000.

To claim a promotional reward, the Player must:

• Have a verified Lucky Little Devil account with accurate personal details
• Respond to our promotional reward notification email within 14 days of receiving it
• Provide valid proof of identity as requested
• Supply valid payment details for the agreed payment method

Failure to respond within 14 days or failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in forfeiture of the promotional reward. Lucky Little Devil reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any promotional reward payment.

Payment options include PayPal, Remitly, Wise, bank transfer, and cash for local reward-qualified Players. If a Player prefers a different payment method, Lucky Little Devil will contact the Player after the promotional reward is confirmed. G-Card, the Global Gamer Giveaway Gift Card, is planned as a future reward option.

Lucky Little Devil is not responsible for any taxation arising from promotional rewards. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations in their country of residence.

5. QR Code & Account

Each QR code is unique to the Charm it is printed on. A QR code may only be activated once and links permanently to the activating account. QR codes that have been tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently are void and will not be honoured.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Lucky Little Devil will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

Ownership of a Charm and its associated game access may be transferred to another registered user via the Transfer Ownership function in your account dashboard. This action is irreversible. Once transferred, all game access, history, and account records associated with that Charm move to the new owner's account.

6. Subscription

A Lucky Little Devil subscription is for One Good Thing, our recurring newsletter that highlights one uplifting, humanity-advancing story each cycle. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each cycle.

A successful newsletter subscription payment may include one (1) complimentary Magic Link for the linked Lucky Little Devil at no extra cost. Magic Links are promotional extras for the free skill game and are not sold separately.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle - no partial refunds are issued for unused newsletter access or complimentary promotional extras within a cycle.

Lucky Little Devil reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Reaction Cam & User Content

Players may opt in to the Reaction Cam feature before starting a real game. By opting in, you grant Lucky Little Devil a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to record, store, use, reproduce, and publish your reaction video for marketing, promotional, and community purposes across any media channels, including but not limited to our website and social media accounts.

You retain ownership of your likeness but waive any claims to compensation for the use of your reaction footage beyond the promotional rewards described in these Terms.

Lucky Little Devil will not record or store video without your explicit opt-in consent. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, though footage already published cannot be retroactively removed from all platforms.

Every Christmas, 25/12, we may select the reaction video with the most comments to receive a Golden Lucky Little Devil Charm with a guaranteed open Heaven Gate. Comment eligibility, anti-spam review, and final selection are at our sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, disqualification, and legal action:

• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or cheat the game outcome
• Creating multiple accounts to gain additional promotional extras
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the game
• Duplicating, selling, or transferring QR codes outside of the official Transfer Ownership function
• Providing false information to claim a promotional reward
• Engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with the game or platform

Lucky Little Devil reserves the right to void any game result or promotional reward if we have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, and to pursue all available legal remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Little Devil and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of data, game results, or promotional reward eligibility caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Losses arising from third-party service failures (internet providers, payment processors, etc.)

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the game, platform, or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect information necessary to operate the game, verify eligibility, process promotional rewards, and (where opted in) manage Reaction Cam content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Lucky Little Devil regularly reviews applicable laws, platform rules, and regulatory developments relevant to its content, memberships, promotions, sales, partner services, and software services, and updates its policies and operations where required to maintain compliance.

Any disputes that proceed formally will be handled by the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts, subject to any mandatory rights or processes that apply under Australian law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Contact

Questions, complaints, or allegations relating to compliance, platform conduct, promotions, sales, or legal obligations are reviewed through an internal compliance and legal process.

Any decision on how Lucky Little Devil responds to alleged breaches, claims, notices, or disputes is made following investigation of the relevant facts, records, platform data, and applicable legal requirements.
