All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking ID. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Every order includes full tracking. Once dispatched, your tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address and will also appear in your account dashboard within 24 hours.
You can track your parcel directly via the carrier's website using the provided tracking number, or use the Track Your Order link in our footer for a quick redirect.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control.
Lucky Little Devil is not responsible for any customs or import fees. By placing an international order, you accept that these charges may apply and agree to pay them upon delivery.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
To lodge a claim, email us at support@luckylittledevil.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Lucky Little Devil is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us at support@luckylittledevil.com with your order number.
Once a QR code has been activated, the charm is considered used and is not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund equal to the product value minus the game access fee may be issued at our discretion.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, in which case we will cover return postage.
