Because we offer customized apparel on this web site, we must operate with a no cash refunds policy. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will gladly replace it or offer you store credit equal to the cost of the item. All exchanges must be pre-approved by LuckyLittleDevil.com, with the exchange request submitted within 15 days of the shipping date.
